55% Malbec & 45% Cabernet Sauvignon– OLD VINES
Harvested by hand the first week of April, destemmed before crushing, maceration before fermentation in stainless steel. Natural malolactic fermentation. Aged in French Oak for 10 months.
Deep ruby and intense violet coloration. Delightful complexity with ripe plum, dry fruit, and dark raspberry combined with aromas of spiced plum, dark berries, mocha and herbs.
