VINIFICATION
Grapes cooled to 16 C before de-stemming. Maceration 48-72 hours. Selected yeast, nutrients, tannins added. Fermentation 15-20 days, cooling 3 times each day. Aged in French and American Oak for 7 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
An intense red coloration with violet hues. Aromas of tropical red fruits, plums and cherries with hints of vanilla. Good body with sweet and round tannins.
